Drafting and designing using mechanical or digital methods allows us to develop working drawings in conjunction with the architect. In turn, giving the builder and client the most cohesive plan possible. Drawings often include conceptual designs, floor plans, lighting plans, elevations, details, finishes and specifications. This allows us to accurately create material layouts, furniture plans and budget estimates whether it's a small remodel or large ground up construction. All drafting is billed at an hourly rate.
